Otoqi is the main actor in the new idea of mobility.Our customers are auto professionals who use our network of partner drivers every day to manage their car fleet.Otoqi is the intermediary between two actors: Rental agencies, car dealerships, car sharing actors who wish to manage their car fleet efficiently Drivers, who are self-employed entrepreneurs recruited and trained by Otoqi Otoqi is the SaaS solution that supports auto professionals in transforming the automotive industry to new mobilities.In the last 2 years, Otoqi has experienced exponential growth both domestically and internationally, after a 6 million euro fundraising (Serie A) in 2021 we are ready for Serie B.With over 50 employees in Italy, France and Germany, we want to continue this growth with you !As an Account Manager, your role will be to ensure an easy and smooth integration for new customers. In collaboration with the sales team and the Ops team, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Otoqi's BtoB sales. Tasks 👇🏻 You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, training them in the use of our platform, You ensure quality service and an excellent customer experience, You build a relationship of trust with your customers, You monitor the activity of your customer portfolio using reporting tools, You define and participate in the achievement of account growth objectives by carrying out Up Selling and Cross Selling transactions, You will directly manage some of Otoqi France's strategic customers, in coordination with the GM France and the Group Head of Sales, You are the guarantor of customer satisfaction and its indicator. Profile 🔎 Experience in Account Management/Customer Service 5 years' higher education in business or academic equivalent 1-3 years' experience in similar roles Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills (oral and written) Fluency in English Talented and ambitious, results-oriented and eager to contribute to the team's success You're autonomous, resourceful and like to take the initiative Experience in start up/scale up is a plus
