We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team in Petah Tikva!As an Account Manager in the pharmaceutical/medical domain at Qualitest, you will be a crucial part of our efforts to build and maintain strong client relationships. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of our pharmaceutical or medical clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth within this highly specialized sector.Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical/medical clients. Thoroughly understand client goals, regulatory requirements, and challenges. Conduct regular client meetings to assess their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeted growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance. Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions. Generate regular reports on account status and growth prospects within the sector. Stay updated on pharmaceutical/medical industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Share industry insights with clients to help them make informed decisions Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or business). Proven experience as an Account Manager (at least 4 years), Sales, or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or medical domain. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
