We are disrupting the status quo by delivering new, efficient purchasing solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between).In this role you will be working with Sellers to broaden our selection of items in the AB marketplace. Focusing on the depth and breadth of selection you will work with a moderate volume of AB Sellers to drive the business forward and maximize each opportunity. As a valued contributor and business owner, the expectation is you handle each account with care and consideration. You make the right decisions in a timely manner and utilize the resources you have around you as an Amazonian.Key job responsibilitiesMeet or exceed team quotas, revenue targets, feature adoption goals, and operational metricsDevelop and execute cross-functional concepts for major new Go To Market (GTM) capabilities, such as in pricing, leveraging Seller supply chain capabilities, or major seller partnerships, and work cross-functionally to implement these breakthrough ideasWork with category, product, marketing, operations, and lead generation teams to optimize new B2B seller recruitment and existing seller performance improvementUtilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and business intelligence dashboards to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly goalsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:San Jose, CRI
