They are looking for a dedicated Operations and Administrative Manager to oversee critical aspects of their operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesInventory and Job Costing Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and costs. Monitor job-related expenses to optimize profitability. Schedule ManagementCreate and manage schedules using Google Sheets for project assignments and job planning.Quality Assurance (QA) Ensure all fields in the Workiz system are correctly filled out for both sales and installers. Implement QA processes to uphold service quality standards. Customer Communication Monitor and respond to all text communication in Workiz within a 24-hour timeframe. Categorize and prioritize emails in the team@deluxe inbox: 'Need Team Action' 'Customer Response Needed' 'Sales or Promotions' (Automatically marked as read) Maintain a clean and organized hello@deluxe email inbox. InvoicingHandle invoicing for internal material orders.Payment Verification Verify that payments are accurately logged into the Workiz system. Ensure checks or cash payments are deposited into the bank account via the PNC-deposit Slack channel for non-credit card transactions. HR and Payroll Run payroll processes. Send new offer letters to prospective employees. Manage the approval and rejection of time-off requests. Receive and document doctor's notes. Requirements At least 2+ years of work experience in operations and administrative management. Proficiency in using Google Sheets and email management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of inventory management. Familiarity with payroll processes and HR functions is a plus. Benefits Paid Time-off Paid Holiday Salary: $800 - $1200 USD/month
