Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing strategies to fuel lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. You will be receiving specific KPIs related to lead generation, which will be an integral part of your role. A deep understanding of the digital landscape and online marketing strategies within China, including local social media platforms, search engines, and online platforms is essential for this role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and manage lead-generation marketing campaigns that promote our products and services to businesses in China Create strategies to drive online traffic to the company website utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, PPC, and SEO specific to the Chinese digital market Collaborate with internal teams, particularly the sales team, to create or translate content in Chinese for marketing, create landing pages, improve the user experience, and drive lead generation Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, and adjust strategies as needed Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing for lead generation Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Nurture and manage leads until they are qualified as sales-ready Understand the behavior and expectations of Chinese businesses to improve lead conversion rates Required Technical and Professional Expertise are: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing with a primary focus on lead generation, particularly within the industry and the Chinese market Demonstrable experience leading and managing display advertising, email, social media campaigns for the Chinese market Native-level proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin) Business-level proficiency in English language Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including sales, to get content created in or translated into Chinese. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, specifically in lead generation Knowledge and experience in Baidu SEO, WeChat Marketing, and other Chinese digital platforms would be a strong advantage.
