Responsible for developing and executing marketing operations strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics to drive supply Implement strategies to increase biker leads and conversion rates through online and offline marketing Plan and strategize for different marketing channels and how to communicate effectively to the bikers Analyze data on the coverage area’s profiling and commuting habits, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns Work with creative team to coordinate and execute local and branding events Responsible for gathering biker feedback via FGDs and cascading this information to relevant internal teams in order to improve conversion and engagement Oversee all communication related channels (telegram, viber, facebook) for biker communities Requirements Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant fields such as Marketing, business administration/management Have a deep understanding of local market behavior and pain-points, especially in the transportation category in Luzon (Metro Manila, Greater Manila) and Visayas Region (Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Bacolod) Bonus if can speak local dialects Relevant working experience of above 5 years in an FMCG or Engagement role Excellent marketing sense, strong communication skills in the assigned coverage area Optimistic, self-starter, and resilient BenefitsFreedom of workWork life balanceFree meal and use of gymOpportunities for promotionCompetitive salaryPay raiseStart-up environmentMulti-cultural and Agile work environmentDiversified use of technology
