Summary The Billing Analyst Intern will be a member of the Finance & Accounting team and report to the Billing Manager. They will be responsible for assisting the rest of the billing team monthly customer invoicing, manual submission of invoices to customer portals, recording cash receipts, reviewing sales contracts and inputting price plans into the billing system. They will be a stakeholder in all Telesign’s Financial Systems and act as liaison between Finance and Customer. Essential Functions Process monthly credit card payments and refunds Act as liaison between Finance and Customer (collections), involving Customer Success and Sales teams as needed Respond to customer inquiries regarding open invoices and requests for statement of account Record daily cash receipts and sales adjustments Assist with monthly customer invoicing and manual invoice submissions Assist with new account set-up in the billing system Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting Excellent English written and spoken communication skills Must be highly organized, deadline driven and able to prioritize work assignments Patience, determination, professional courtesy and consistency when dealing with customers and partners Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Preferred Qualifications NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Stripe experience Familiarity with Accounting systems from an AR perspective, or Financial systems analysis experience We are offering Paid internship Organized mentorship Development opportunities Challenging but also a friendly working environment And much, much more...
