THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Corporate Sales Executive to our Client Sales Department team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will be joining the Romania Sales team based out of our Bucharest office, and you will be at the forefront of Gympass’s efforts to make corporate wellbeing universal. You will be responsible for growing the company’s revenue by expanding its client and user base. YOUR IMPACT Taking charge of the entire sales process, which involves: Having multiple discovery meetings with key stakeholders to figure out their needs and how well our products and services align with them. Creating customized corporate offers and presenting them. Hammering out offers with different folks within the organization. Being proactive in building relationships with clients. Serving as a consultant/advisor and winning over clients by really listening to what they need and providing top-notch solutions. Educating our customers on the benefits of the 7card by Gympass Wellbeing Program. WHO YOU ARE You have a bachelor's degree You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate/Enterprise Sales Manager Ability to ask the right questions to navigate the sales process and genuinely listen to our clients' needs Knowledge of the consultative sales approach (Experience with The Challenges sales methodology is a bonus) Experience in selling solutions and demonstrating their value in a SaaS environment You are comfortable onboarding new clients and collecting necessary background information in order to develop, submit, and negotiate tailored corporate offers You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively You are a team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles You have strong organization, analytical, communication and commercial skills You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite You speak fluently and confidently Romanian and English (other languages are a plus) We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
