Our aim is to leverage cutting-edge Technology in order to provide the optimum experience to those who trust us for their entertainment.Let's start with the role We are currently looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist to focus on the execution of the New Markets’ CRM strategy plan across our online Sportsbook & Gaming products. The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated and goal-driven person who wants to map out a career path in i-Gaming customer retention and CRM within a dynamic company. Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of CRM campaigns customer journeys in the newly released markets. Responsibilities Execute the New Markets’ CRM strategies to engage & retain our customer base; Using e-mailing best practices to ensure optimal email delivery results; Ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized in all CRM campaigns; Integrate SMS, e-mail, push notification into marketing campaigns to effectively combine mobile and web communication channels via our CRM platform; Compile and distribute up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant KPIs; Manage customer contact and delivery KPIs and support the strategy to maximize customer engagement; Work closely with the CRM Strategy team to effectively design & implement CRM campaigns, including retention, reactivation and ad-hoc promotional activities; Conduct testing, review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results.
