Join us if you are ready to bring health closer to people and be challenged to grow further!What you’ll do Develop a clear and concise CRM strategy aimed at nurturing our new prospective CircleDNA customers and cross-selling our other product lines to existing customers. Lead EDMs campaign execution from idea creation to deployment, including scheduling, segmentation, production, A/B testing and further optimisation. Manage our day-to-day email campaigns & email flows, which includes taking information from various sources to develop briefs, building, testing, executing, reporting, segmenting audience lists and more. Optimise our email channel performances towards KPIs on deliverability, opens, clicks and sales Promote continuous improvement through A/B testing, analysis, insights. Build intermediate CRM reports. Build, strategize & grow our referral/loyalty programs including driving adoption & CLTV. Requirements Detail-oriented with good organizational & time management skills Highly adaptable, meticulous and able to think critically A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience Proficiency in copywriting & content strategy A strong interest in preventative healthcare Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 3 years experience in Email Marketing or CRM Proven experience and success with Klaviyo or similar with solid understanding of email metrics.
