Role Overview To ensure that products are prepared for a predictable 1st Party submission. Working in the Madrid office and reporting to the Release Manager. Responsibilities Guide communications throughout the certification testing process to ensure that products are prepared for a predictable 1st Party submission across all platforms Perform Response Report research and coordination on compliance issues with partner teams, have template organization to track the cited issues from 1st Party operations, and ensure database updates are made to reflect the cited issues received Review and audit certification bugs reported in the database Communicate any certification testing blockers to partner teams and provide consultation towards expected resolution Flag MF certification issues and provide context supporting their severity Track and manage certification bugs in the title databases (closing, re-opening, and updating as needed) Manage bug reports, test case templates, and updates to the requirements and policies from each platform development group Pinpoint communication failures with stakeholders and collaborate with partner teams to create better process Conduct 1:1’s with certification test staff and assist with development and growth plans Actively participate in the recruiting and interview process for new certification test team members Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of 1st Party Submissions and Certification testing policies Expert in Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony technical requirements Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externally Management skills to include: successfully handling ambiguity, flexibility & understanding of the development process, and maintain good relations with producers & developers Knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process Minimum of 1-2 years of work involved with 1st Party Technical Certification (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) Hardworking, reliable, punctual, flexibility to work unsociable hours depending on deadlines Knowledge of MS Office and Google suites Technically proficient with PCs, gaming consoles, and related hardware Ability to liaise with other departments Basic Qualifications Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent minimum Minimum of 5 years of experience Strong product management skills needed to understand business strategy and technology, ability to influence, collaborate and bring team to success Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the flexibility to support an environment where details can change quickly Strong leadership skills and a desire to improve process Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and management skills Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and positive personality to foster excellent working relationships #LI-ONSITE
