The Role As a Change Management Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Change Management guidelines and standards are met by all projects across the bank. The role is responsible in developing and implementing Change Management standards and guidelines including related artifacts and templates. The role will utilize tools and techniques to monitor and ensure effective Change Management practice is adopted in the bank and provide reporting analytics and recommendations on improvements. How you'll contribute Create Change Management guidelines and standards Perform governance on all Change Management activities across Project/ Program phases Advise project working team specially the Change Management workstream lead, offering sound advice on Change Management guidelines and standards Drive project teams to embed Change Management activities in their planned activities including but not limited to - Identifying change impact to Process, Personas, and Technology Document change impact to Process, Personas, and Technology with the support of a Change Management workstream lead Collaborate with business segment transformation team to validate change impact requirements with impacted teams to enable the right level and customization of training and communications Work with the project team/s to ensure that Change Management requirements are completed Build knowledge and Change Management skills and capability building in the bank with - Change Enablement Toolkit - change impact templates, questions, interview guide, roadmap, stakeholder map User Adoption Survey – assessing effectiveness of change to Process, Personas, and Technology Conduct user adoption survey and analysis, post completion of the project Facilitate training and provide coaching on Change Management tools and methods, to project team members and change teams Partner with other cross-functional teams in the bank to identify and address change management opportunities Drive a future ready organization with seamless change management delivery What we’re looking for Must have a Bachelor's degree of Business Studies, Administration/Management, Finance or any related course At least 8 years of experience in Change Management, Banking and Financial and Process Design & Control ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), MSI Change Management Specialist (CMS) are preferred but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Change Management Tools skills With strong and leadership and influencing skills Proven high performer with strong time management skills, ability to multitask and highly organized and must be able to work independently Ability to influence timely resolution of identified problematic areas with other departments Ability to build trust and relationship within the team and with people at all levels Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to train and coach with people at all levels #LI-MD1 #LI-Hybrid
