The Role As a Client Implementation Team Head you will manage the over-all implementation of a business deal of the products under the purview of Cash Management Division which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts. You will prepare regular reports of onboarded/implemented deals and status and regularly do quality assurance checks on partner branches to ensure smooth delivery of cash management services to clients. How you'll contribute Conducts training/walkthrough regarding TBG Products availed by client. Regularly conducts client inspections/visit onsite/over the phone to address escalated concerns at point of implementation. Assist the Sales Manager by explaining the technical aspect of TBG products during Implementation. Responds and attends to client requests, queries, complaints and problems onsite / over the phone to effectively manage client expectation. Manages the production/solution implementation which includes on-site client user training on the use of all cash management modules and other products /solutions availed by the client and handholding the client through first live usage of the system/product/solution until the client is comfortable with it. Gathers customer’s feedback and business intelligence via onsite or over the phone to be relayed to the Product Development Unit for further improvement of the Bank’s existing product offerings and overall competitiveness. Assists in product development by providing inputs from the clients and implementation assistants for enhanced customer experience. What we’re looking for Bachelor's Degree in any course At least 10 years of relevant work experience In-depth knowledge on technical aspects for implementation of various products for Cash Management Effective leadership, analytical and technical skills to ensure quality and efficiency by the team in dealing with implementation engagements Ability to motivate the team and execute all initiatives that will continue to the growth of the business #LI-AS1 #LI-Hybrid
