And ultimately, you’ll help make a positive difference in patients’ lives.We are looking for a Clinical Trial Operations (CTO) Training Manager to develop and maintain training programmes within Allucent to support effective, high-quality conduct of clinical trials in compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations.Location: Central/Eastern Europe (Czechia, Romania, Estonia, Poland, Serbia)Language: Fluency in French and EnglishExperience: 8+ years working in clinical research + training experienceThe CTO Training Manager is responsible for the following:To develop and enhance global training material and programmes for the CTO Business Unit (BU): As Program Director, lead development of strategy, delivery model and content to ensure high quality delivery of the CRA Training Academy Program. To collate BU training needs and requirements and to develop programmes which enhance the learning process and competency. To develop the most appropriate learning methods for all levels of staff and all department groups. To research and recommend additional training and development areas, as required, to support Senior Leadership, Functional Heads and Line Managers. Facilitate onboarding of new employees (primarily North America) and support line managers in their onboarding of contract personnel. Contribute to revising and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), Appendices, templates and other instructional materials as needed. To keep up-to-date with relevant guidelines and regulations and to develop training methods to update staff in a timely manner. To ensure the systematic documentation of training records processes contributing to staff Training Records. To support qualification/requalification and other client audits and regulatory inspections representing the Training function as needed. Works closely with Quality Assurance, HR and the Training Administrator to facilitate and support the LMS and QMS systems and end users Liaison with training/project staff at all levels Interaction with all groups within Allucent and our subcontractors (if applicable), including Clinical Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Data Management Collaborates with People and Culture (P&C) for onboarding of new starters primarily for CTO Collaborates with Executive CTO Leaders as Program Manager of the CRA Academy Requirements Bachelor or Graduate degree in a healthcare/scientific discipline relevant to the activities to be conducted Minimum experience of 8-10 years in a GCP environment, preferable working as a CRA/Senior CRA for at least 5 years Ideally a Certified CRA from an established certification program Experience in curriculum design in a pharmaceutical environment Significant training and development of training materials experience Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills High attention to detail Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Competitive salaries per location Departmental Study/Training Budget for furthering professional development Flexible Working hours (within reason) Opportunity for fully remote working (+ monitoring visits) Leadership and mentoring opportunities Internal growth opportunities and career progression More task variety Financially rewarding internal employee referral program Access to online soft-skills and technical training via GoodHabitz and internal platforms To all recruitment agencies: Allucent does not accept agency resumes.
