Join us if you are ready to bring health closer to people and be challenged to grow further!What you’ll do Develop and shape campaign strategies that deliver for Prenetics’ Consumer Healthcare business with a focus on (although not limited to) Performance Ads & Social Media. Communicate and apply actionable data-led insight from brand, audience, culture and category Act as a content expert and advocate; advising on effective, best-practice approaches to content and social strategy Write and lead creative briefings for new business launches or large standalone campaigns Support and facilitate creative brainstorms with relevant and timely stimulus/research Refine consumer journeys from a creative/content perspective in order to elevate user experiences & overall conversion rates. Work closely with our digital marketing team day-to-day, to help guide them to the best output. Project Manage / Support our Marketing Calendar whilst managing the quality and performance of all creative output. Requirements You are a curious individual who is always looking for inspiration and insights that can spark the next big idea. You are someone who is comfortable with both large and small amounts of information and data, and can whittle it down to salient points that can help elevate and inform the creative work. You are able to support the Prenetics marketing team with the necessary creative frameworks and logical thinking that can both sell and deliver fantastic creative output and results. As a passionate collaborator, you will be a key person across content streams and can create and translate complex concepts into bite-sized & easy to understand content formats. You are a natural multitasker who can jump across many products/persona’s at any one time to help our creative teams in managing the pace, focusing the thinking whilst supporting the quality of output across digital channels. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Over 4 years of relevant digital marketing experience Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
