The successful candidate will gain experience in all aspects of custody, settlements, investments and client servicing for Davy's Credit Union business.Responsibilities Co-ordination of the daily cash investment process between Credit Unions, Investment Managers and deposit taking institution. Settlement of all trade instructions for cash deposits, bonds, structured products. Processing corporate actions and dividends across client accounts. Assisting in the monthly client valuation reporting process. Pricing and reconciliation of client portfolio assets. Regulatory reporting to the Central Bank. Provision of operational support to the Credit Union team of Investment Managers. Dealing directly with Credit Unions on operational and accounting queries. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role. Support the CU sales team with monthly masters and complete client summary reports. Assist the large review of our KYC for CU clients in relation to Anti Money Laundering. Complete and post client letters for CU support manager and CU sales team as requested. Responsible for running pre trade checks for Product Governance App. Ensure all policies and procedures associated with the role are up-to-date. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role. Requirements 1 years relevant work experience at Administrator level. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong administration and organisational skills. Highly numerate and excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Commitment to personal development. Some custody/operations/client asset experience desirable but not essential.
