In the role as a Customer Onboarding Coordinator in the Customer Onboarding team, you will assist our commercial team in bringing in and securing new business. You will be responsible of numerous tasks related to new business and be an important support to our Business Development team and the Customer Onboarding Specialists, e.g. when helping preparing initial quotations. The role you’ll play Your primary responsibilities will include: Preparing quotations for new leads and customers across all regions. Gathering information from different teams (DTP, engineers, external vendors, etc.), analyzing file formats and content, making price calculations and sending offers. Following up and engaging in dialogues around new projects, quotes and tasks together with the commercial team and operations teams Monitoring the inbox where all requests for new business comes in and provide prompt support Providing a consultative approach to the Commercial team. You are a point of reference when it comes to platform set-ups and quotations Updating customer information in the LanguageWire systems such as our platform and CRM; Other administrative tasks The team you’ll be a part of Based in 4 different countries, the Customer Onboarding team is composed of 4 members, very international in its nature, speaking more than 7 languages! The Team ensures onboarding for new large accounts and supports the Business Development Team during the pre-sales stage with solution architecture and insights consultancy.
