Schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and provide necessary information to patients in a courteous and empathetic manner. Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient utilization of clinic resources. Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules in the clinic's practice management software. Documentation: Prepare and process necessary medical forms, insurance claims, and other documentation to support the clinic's operations and compliance requirements. Billing and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries, process payments, and work closely with the billing department to ensure accurate financial transactions. Telehealth Support: Facilitate virtual appointments by assisting patients with technical setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth telehealth experience. Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinic's medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care, accurate information flow, and efficient operations. Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to strict patient privacy regulations (APP or HIPAA) and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
