As a German-speaking Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for international talents, providing them with the support they need to navigate the intricacies of immigration. You're not just answering questions; you're easing their anxieties and championing their journey towards a new life. Each week, you'll be assigned new cases, and you'll be the friendly face they encounter first. To succeed, you'll need exceptional organizational skills, the ability to stay cool under pressure, and the readiness to embrace a challenge. You’ll need to be patient, responsive, and have an empathic people-centric approach. If you're ready to be a part of a team that's breaking down borders and changing lives, we want to hear from you. 💪 What You’ll Do Field inquiries from international talents, addressing their questions about visa processes, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform. Skillfully prepare documents and application forms, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with authorities, coordinating appointments and expediting processes. Keep our customers informed about the progress of their cases. Actively contribute to the continuous growth of our knowledge base. Engage with the product team to ideate and develop exciting new features. 🌟 What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 2+ years of work experience (including working student positions) in customer support or operations. A knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment, where pressure fuels your drive. A hands-on, efficient work ethic that gets things done. Patience as your secret weapon, never succumbing to stress. A natural flair for communication, finding joy in interacting with people. The ability to use data to improve of our work. Fluency in English (C1) and German (B1) - the more languages, the merrier!
