We are currently recruiting for a Digital Account Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. Our Commercial function is the external face of FE fundinfo. Our sales, account management, ecosystem and marketing teams comprise of passionate, action orientated individuals with domain expertise who partner with our clients to navigate industry trends and deliver on their business needs and strategies. Being part of our Commercial team, you will be the face of FE fundinfo – regrouping sales, account management, marketing, publishing and partnerships teams. It includes highly experienced industry and subject-matter experts, who specialise in analysing the market and anticipating its direction. Passionate about every aspect of the investment industry, the commercial team uses its intelligence and expertise to help clients meet their business needs over the short and long term and to develop industry-leading thought-leadership projects As a Digital Account Manager you are part of an international team with the responsible for digitally taking care of existing customers and business partners in the Luxembourg area, working closely with the local Account Managers. Your strong customer orientation will help you to actively promote the "FE fundinfo" brand. By participating in customer events and trade fairs, you will represent and strengthen the brand in the region. During the onboarding you will benefit from close coaching by a Senior Account Manager. RequirementsYour key responsibilities as a Digital Account Manager will be to: Responsible for a portfolio of existing client accounts within the business and will be targeted to retain and grow those accounts by utilising our broad variety of digital tools Primary relationship contact within the existing client accounts developing long-term relationships and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders Retain and upsell clients by understanding client’s business and requirements to ensure highest level of service and maximise all potential opportunities Responsible for new products when onboarded by Sales and Customer Success teams into existing accounts Manage and re-negotiate contract renewals (including price increases) on an ongoing basis Identify and qualify cross sell opportunities with the Sales team which will be recorded via an opportunities pipeline in Salesforce Providing feedback to cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Identifying account risks, creating and implementing At Risk plans through to a positive resolution Fully understand our proposition and be able to demo / discuss products/ services in detail and work with Propositions to stay up to date Manage the client cancellation process Forecast and track key account metrics in Salesforce Attend and representing the company at marketing, conferences and Industry events To join us as a Digital Account Manager you will need the following experience and skills: Effective Communications / Stakeholder management skills: Managing internal stakeholder Ability to understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercial manner Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French, English and German would be an advantage Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Team Player with the ability to adapt / “can do” attitude Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Experience and Skills Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous Presenting and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to challenge effectively Professional curiosity, proactive and resourceful Natural relationship builder Personal Competencies Presenting and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to challenge effectively Professional curiosity, proactive and resourceful Natural relationship builder BenefitsBy joining the team as a Digital Account Manager, you will be offered the following: Brand new office facility Subsidised car parking Complimentary healthcare for employees (can add family members) Pension plans Fruits/ healthy snacks in the pantry Lunch vouchers at 10.80 Euros Holiday purchase option – up to 5 days per calendar year Team Building Activities Full home working equipment Flexible home and office working Full LinkedIn Learning access A sustainable business that cares for the environment and our communities Opportunities to give back to local communities through volunteer days Becoming a part of Charity Challenges for raising money for charities selected by employees Options to join and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives Invitations to office social events and sport activities In addition, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that values Trust, Connectivity and Innovation.
