Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and bilingual Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting organic social media accounts, particularly as they expand into the Spanish market.NB: You should be bilingual in English and Spanish for this role.Key Responsibilities:As a Digital Marketing Executive your primary responsibilities will include:1. Bilingual Social Media Management:Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, focusing on quality control, grammar, and spelling.Collaborate with Rev.com to translate and QA posts for our Spanish division.2. Content Strategy and Posting:Develop and execute a content strategy, including when to post reels, stories, and regular posts for maximum reach and engagement.Create, curate, and edit images and creatives using Canva or other tools when needed.3. Engagement and Community Building:Interact with followers, respond to comments, and follow and engage with relevant industry influencers and figures.4. Influencer Outreach:Identify and collaborate with influencers for potential partnerships and collaborations.5. Analytics and Tracking:Monitor and analyze social media analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns.6. YouTube SEO (Bonus):Understand and implement SEO strategies on YouTube to improve content visibility.7. Learning Astrology:Commit to learning Astrology, as it is essential for this role. Access to our Astrology School will be provided.8. Collaboration with Celebrities:Work closely with celebrities and manage their social media expectations, ensuring quick response times and high-quality content delivery.Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must.A willingness to learn and a commitment to taking an Astrology course (access will be provided).3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.Proficiency in Canva for image editing and design.Strong copywriting skills.Analytical skills to track and interpret social media analytics.Experience in growing a consumer social media brand.Excellent time management and attention to detail.You will have to work in a U.S.-based time zone.All applications should be submitted in English or will not be considered.
