Make a difference with us today.Luxasia Philippines is looking for an organized and capable candidate to join our ecommerce team in the Philippines. The successful candidate for this job will be entrepreneurial and a self-starter, with a passion for beauty and have proven data analysis skills and experience with operating an ecommerce store. As a key member on our team you will be expected to help grow our ecommerce business by supporting the day-to-day operations and recommending strategies for ecommerce success. You will be responsible for: Responsible for management of the ecommerce CMS. Day-to-day responsibilities includes: catalog management (ensure ecommerce catalog has accurate data/images/content, ensure product data is loaded correctly into CMS via CSV, updating site banners via Amazon web services tools, setup new site pages in the CMS), promotion management (setting up promos in the CMS and ensuring the mechanics are setup correct) operations overview (monitor order fulfillment from time of order to delivery to customer to ensure fulfillment is within SLAs and is working smoothly) Monitor performance on our in-house ecommerce websites in the Philippines by monitoring analytics in GA and other tools Work with Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns on our ecommerce site Work with Merchandising team to ensure brand launches are set up properly in the CMS Work with Content team to ensure catalog data provided is accurate Work with customer care team to support on service recovery scenarios RequirementsIn order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: Bachelor degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Accounting from a Top Tier school Able to work in an organised and structure way is key Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and comfortable with data Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Can multi-tasks and works well in a fast-paced environment Proactive and ability to work independently Strong team player with good communication skills Prior experience in ecommerce is a plus Prior experience with systems such as SAP, Magento, Google Analytics is a plus
