Our client is looking for a talented Email Designer to join their creative team and play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and engaging email campaigns and digital assets.Responsibilities:As an Email Designer, you will be responsible for:Email Design: Creating captivating and responsive email designs using Figma, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for maximum impact.Paid Ad Assets: Designing eye-catching assets for paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media and online advertising.Organic Social Assets: Crafting compelling visual content for organic social media posts that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.Reporting Structure:You will report directly to the Senior Retention Manager and work closely with the Creative Director to ensure your designs align with the overall creative vision and marketing strategies.Required Skillsets:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skillsets:Figma: Proficiency in Figma is essential for designing email campaigns and digital assets collaboratively with our creative team.Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Experience: Prior experience in a D2C setting is highly valued, as it demonstrates your understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the needs of our target audience.E-commerce Experience: Understanding e-commerce principles, user behavior, and conversion optimization will be beneficial in designing effective email campaigns.HTML + CSS (Nice to Have): While not mandatory, familiarity with HTML and CSS can be advantageous for creating email templates and assets.Create on-brand, engaging visual email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and target customer demographics. Create corresponding social assets as needed on a campaign-by-campaign basis.Create engaging email templates, graphics, and layouts that drive customer interaction and increase open and click-through rates. Ensure all email designs are mobile-optimized for various email clients and devices.Collaborate with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of copy and design within email campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing design and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness. Bring new ideas and inspiration to the table.
