Our client designs the greatest products for the smallest humans and is searching for a talented Email Marketing Designer to join their team to enhance their email marketing efforts and create compelling visual content.Job Description:As an Email Marketing Designer, you will create visually stunning email campaigns, paid advertising assets, and organic social media content. Your creative prowess and design skills will be crucial in engaging our audience and driving customer retention and conversion.Key Responsibilities:Email Design: Using Figma, create eye-catching email designs that align with our brand and marketing goals.Paid Ad Assets: Design visually compelling assets for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.Organic Social Content: Produce engaging visual content for organic social media channels.Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop creative concepts communicating key messages effectively. Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of design quality, paying attention to detail and visual aesthetics.Create on-brand, engaging visual email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and target customer demographics. Create corresponding social assets as needed on a campaign-by-campaign basis.Create engaging email templates, graphics, and layouts that drive customer interaction and increase open and click-through rates. Ensure all email designs are mobile-optimized for various email clients and devices.Collaborate with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of copy and design within email campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing design and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness. Bring new ideas and inspiration to the table.Who You'll Report To:You will report to the Senior Retention Manager and the Creative Director, working closely with them to bring creative concepts to life and align design efforts with our overall marketing strategy.Qualifications:Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with a strong portfolio, showcasing your email design, advertising assets, and social content.D2C and E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce environments is highly advantageous.HTML and CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, although not mandatory.Nice To HaveKnowledge and awareness of interior design brands and trendsDTC and e-commerce experienceIllustration skills
