As an employer brand Social media Specialist at JFrog you will… Drive JFrog’s employer brand content strategy across all marketing channels, with an emphasis on social media. Lead storytelling, write creative and engaging content, and coordinate posts both on social media pages and on internal communication platforms. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR team to initiate, execute and optimize innovative recruitment marketing campaigns via social networks aiming to drive awareness and attract the best candidates to JFrog. Contact employees in order to help them identify their unique voice and tell their story on social media and blogs. Create, execute and manage brand awareness campaigns, content projects, and events to elevate the JFrog employer brand and narrative on candidate-facing channels, including social channels, review sites, and social groups. Proactively keep updated trends on digital and social media, act fast, and initiate innovative, timely communications. Collaborate with multiple internal interfaces, external vendors, and agencies across our global locations. Grow JFrog’s online presence on various recruitment sites. Planned, executed, and optimized digital performance campaigns (Facebook ads manager, LinkedIn etc..). Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics. To be an employer brand social media specialist at JFrog you need… Creative storyteller with exceptional writing skills in Hebrew Proven experience in content writing for different uses and platforms Proven experience in executing marketing projects or advertising campaigns Native approach to social media and past experience with managing business pages and creating unique content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn campaigns - a significant advantage Past experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing- an advantage Have an eye for design and a hand for Canva A solution-focused, can-do attitude Excellent English
