Our team comprises a range of expertise including finance strategy and operating model design, planning budgeting and forecasting and the design and implementation of cloud Enterprise Performance Management solutions. We are looking for experienced Consultants to join our team in Auckland to work with our clients to develop and deliver solutions to their key challenges. Your typical day will includeYou will be part of a team which helps our clients to deliver their strategy by making better decisions and driving business performance and outcomes whilst lifting the role and performance of the finance function. As a member of the project team you will participate in client interviews, workshops and training sessions, develop client deliverables and present recommendations to client stakeholders. In this role you can expect to help our clients to: · Work with Finance Leadership Teams solve their trickiest problems by running one of our Finance Labs where we help our clients develop their strategy for Finance and redesign their Finance operating model. · Translate their business strategy into performance measures and implement performance management frameworks that enable our clients to monitor and deliver their planned outcomes.· Understand their business performance and help them to redesign their planning and forecasting processes and build planning models and reporting dashboards.· Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.· Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.· Provides coaching to junior staff. You pride yourself on providing the same high-quality service that is expected and delivered from one of New Zealand’s largest and most respected professional services firm.· Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in finance team or from a professional services background, advising CFOs on Finance transformation, process improvements, financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, and other critical elements of the Finance function.· Probably Degree qualified in accounting and/or Finance, CA or CFA preferred but not essential. · A strong interest in analysing and interpreting structured and unstructured data, drawing conclusions and building strategic insights for the client based on quantitative and qualitative research.· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio and other presentation/ analysis tools and experience with analytics and visualisation tools. · Possess excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels. · Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.· Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.· Excellent communication both written and verbal.
