As Global Compensation Specialist your mission will be manage and improve our current compensation programs and be able to design new solutions towards efficiency and competitiveness You will also be responsible for: Run market research (both quantitive and qualitative) to maintain our programs and ranges aligned with general practices; Manage our sales incentive program, from the tactical to the strategic approach, looking for effectiveness and results orientation; Design, manage and improve our equity programs , maintaining ebankers aligned with the long term growth of the business; Be our Stock Admin, owner of our cap table and guaranteeing governance of the equity programs; Through systems implementation, improve People Operations Efficiency and scalability; Main requirements for this position: Experience with Compensation programs in fast growing tech companies; Advanced English; Sales incentives and Equity programs experience is critical for this position; EBANX offers: A challenging environment, with opportunities to grow; Casual office and flexible dress code; Spanish, English and Portuguese classes; WAVES - Program of goals and results (variable compensation); EBANX Play - Wellness (Gympass, e-Sports, SESC ); Semi flexible hours (8 hours a day - Monday to Friday); Meal Allowance; Transportation voucher (if needed); EBANX Education: scholarship; EBANX Skills: budget for workshops and courses; EBANX Flexible: monthly Day Off from February to November, birthday Day Off and Rest up Month - one month of paid leave every three years of work anniversary.
