Location: US (East Coast), Madrid, Munich, London As Global Executive Recruiting Lead at Celonis, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the executive search function of our organization. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top-level executives who possess the skills, experience, and leadership qualities that align with our company's vision and goals. Your primary objective will be to build out a high touch, high caliber executive search function that drives the company's success and a culture of excellence. Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive executive search strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs, create executive position profiles, and establish recruitment priorities Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and build upon the executive search process Be seen as a expert in executive recruitment, sharing expertise and mentorship throughout our organization of TA professionals Talent Identification and Acquisition Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify and source potential executive candidates from diverse sources Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to tap into broad talent pools at all times Identify and cultivate partnerships and relationships with relevant peers, groups, associations, vendors (i.e.- agencies, executive networks, etc.) Lead and participate in candidate sourcing and screening processes to assess suitability and fit for executive roles Candidate Evaluation and Selection Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, leadership competencies and potential Work closely with the hiring committee and key stakeholders to facilitate candidate selection decisions and offer negotiations Employer Branding and Candidate Experience Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted marketing efforts, networking events, and other branding strategies to attract top executive talent Live and breathe the company values, creating a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Reporting and Analytics Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of executive search activities, key metrics, and market talent trends Utilize data and analytics to continuously refine the executive search process and make data-driven decisions Requirements Ideally Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in executive search, or combination of professional recruitment plus executive recruitment (with a demonstrated focus on senior-level positions). Demonstrated success in recruiting and securing top-tier executive talent (VP+). Experience in creating and leading inclusive recruitment strategies that focus on hiring diverse talent at the executive level. Demonstrated experience building an end to end executive recruiting process including ATS best practices, data analytics, reporting, interview competency alignment, feedback forms, etc. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience interacting effectively and influencing senior executives and stakeholders across multiple levels, geographies and verticals In-depth knowledge and execution of executive search methodologies, industry trends, and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple executive searches simultaneously High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and internal mobility platforms, along with other recruitment tools for sourcing, assessing, recruiting and onboarding of executive level talent internally and externally What Celonis can offer you: The unique opportunity to work within a new category of technology, Execution Management Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, L&D platform, mentorships, and more) Great compensation and benefits packages (equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, generous leave for new parents from day one, and more).
