Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the right incumbent will be responsible for driving growth through elevating the Rewards & OD Centre of Excellence across Printec Group, ensuring that rewards & C&B tools maximize return on investment, nurture a high-performance culture and reinforce employee attraction, retention, motivation and engagement. Manages the Total Rewards & OD agenda across Printec Group, acting as a trusted advisor and expert Implements, communicates and maintains internally equitable & externally competitive remuneration policies & practices which will enable the company to attract, retain and motivate its people Participates in total rewards surveys for market benchmarking purposes, analyzes results on market positioning, reviews salary ranges and provides input for workforce planning Collaborates and advises Country HR Managers for job offers, promotions, increases etc Manages the annual reward review and bonus cycle process Is responsible for maintaining and reviewing the corporate bonus scheme; provides consultation for the sales incentive scheme (SIP) in terms of employee experience and alignment with our reward philosophy Designs and maintains retention, recognition, and incentive programs, partnering with the Group Talent & Culture Manager to identify and implement strategies for high potential employees (talent pool) Maintains and updates the Group’s benefits policies (reward policy, car policy etc), provides guidance to Country HR Managers and ensures harmonization and consistency across all geographies Identifies market best practices and proposes improvements to C&B Group practices Contributes to organization clarity (role accountabilities and KPIs) at all levels across the Group, through the development and maintenance of job descriptions/role profiles for all positions Ensures the internal and external equity by maintaining the career framework & grading structure for all job positions within Printec Group, aligning corporate needs and market trends Contributes to the effective design and implementation of Group reorganization, restructuring, and optimization projects Drives the annual budgeting process for the HR function, partnering with Country HR Managers and Group HR Process owners, driving harmonization, monitoring throughout the year and improvement efforts to enhance the process and increase accuracy and value Oversees HR KPIs and People Analytics, working in close cooperation with Country HR Managers and Group HR process owners, in order to streamline data collection and analysis, enhance analytics capability and enable evidence-based management decisions Requirements University Degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally at postgraduate level 4-6 years of professional experience in Total Rewards Proven experience in people analytics is highly desirable Working experience with sophisticated HR systems & digital savviness Excellent command of the English language Strong numerical and analytical skills Advanced communication and interpersonal skills Team player mentality Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking Self-drive, proactiveness and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary Group private health & life insurance program Flexible working arrangements (#LI-Hybrid) Continuous learning & development opportunities Certified work environment by SHARE Equality Label® Certified as a Great Place to Work® As part of our dedication to diversity, Printec is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, nationality gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or region.
