Here: https://apply.workable.com/debiopharm-group-sa/ For our Human Resources organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a HR Assistant (70-80%) (Temporary assignment until May2024) Your responsibilities will be but not limited to: Manage complete employee life cycle (onboardings, offboardings, contractual changes, etc) Draft employment contracts, exit letters, addendums, and any other documents Coordinate employee onboardings & conduct HR inductions Serve as one of the primary points of contact for employee queries on HR administration topics, ensuring a best-in-class service experience at all times.
