SuperStaff is seeking an adept HR Generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to bolster our human resources team. As a key component of our HR department, this role will manage a myriad of HR functions from stakeholder management and employee relations to onboarding processes and documentation upkeep.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Employee relations and labor relations: Serve as the point of contact for Labor & Employee Relations, liaising with HR Centers of Excellence. Handle employee inquiries, spearhead stakeholder investigations, and determine suitable corrective actions. Furnish performance management guidance to line managers, especially around Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Provide counsel to supervisors on the protocols of termination, generating essential documentation and coordinating pertinent legal consultations. Stand as the HR representative during any audits or impromptu inspections by governmental institutions. Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee and refine the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience. Manage the creation, updating, and safekeeping of employee contracts and related documentation. Organize business-level orientation sessions for new hires and ensure regularcheck-ins during their early months. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with leadership to tackle immediate and strategic talent management issues. Oversee attrition by conducting exit interviews, diagnosing reasons for exits, and suggesting improvements. Employee engagement: Launch employee engagement endeavors based on internal feedback,leadership advice, and direct employee discussions. Conduct regular, multi-faceted interactions with teams and individuals across departments. HR Processes & documentation: Administer processes like Recognition & Rewards (R&R), Performance, Management Process (PMP), and talent management. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to finalize an educational calendar for the organization. Instruct Line Managers on facets of performance management, including feedback mechanisms and coaching. Ensure the proper documentation and updating of HR policies, procedures,and other pertinent records. Data and analytics: Supply timely reports and updates to department heads and other stakeholders. Examine HR trends to provide insights during people review meetings and inform decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, business administration or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable HR role. Comprehensive knowledge of both local and regional HR practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
