This is a fast-paced role in a somewhat ambiguous and ever changing environment so the ability to be flexible is key to success.About the jobA critical hire for our Thailand team, you will work closely with the Country Head, hiring managers, head of people and culture, and recruitment team, experience our current & potential new employees. You will also build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline and shape our employer branding strategy, to position us competitively in the Thailand market.Your tasks are to:Partner with the leaders of the organisation to build the team and organisation in line with the business objectives.Provide people support & act as a consultant to key stakeholders, by providing support through answering queries on HR-related topics.Advise key stakeholders on performance management challenges.Taking initiative in developing & rolling-out HR programs, initiatives, as part of employee engagement.Proactively managing employee wellbeing.Overseeing Thailand Recruitment efforts by managing the full-life cycle of processes for Thailand job requisitions.
