The HRIS team is looking for an L&D and HRIS Admin. In this role you will administer our internal HR databases, keep employee records in digital formats, and educate users on how to use our HR system (Oracle HCM). You will also support the Learning & Development Team in the full range of activities by providing efficient and proactive administrative support. As well as, support our Talent Acquisition team by providing data and reports, and improving processes within our ATS (Greenhouse). As an L&D and HRIS Admin in JFrog, you will… Maintain HR data and information supporting the employee lifecycle, HR activities primarily through our HRIS platform (Oracle HCM). Manage the data governance program to ensure that we have a robust data integrity level. Provide E2E support of the annual performance process (e.g. process principles, system configuration, nine-grid module, goal setting, testing, permissions, training materials etc.). Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Provide efficient administrative support to the HR teams (including HRBPs, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits) and other business partners. Build and export reports from our internal databases. Implement user training on system functionalities and new features. HR processes summary (including data focus, reporting, analysis, and lesson learned). Troubleshoot and report technical issues. To be an L&D and HRIS admin in JFrog you need… At least 5 years of experience in global companies. Experience in working in a dynamic and complex environment. Execution-focused, dynamic, Communicative. Familiarity with the latest L&D developments (theory and technology) and best practices. Fluent in English (read, write and speak). Experience in data accuracy and operating in a rapidly growing, global organization. Technical ability and experience in a variety of HR systems. Curious, fast learner with attention to details. Data-driven, with the ability to use data to design and measure enablement. Proactive problem-solving attitude with a healthy sense of urgency. Experience in Performance Evaluation processes.
