In this role, you will be responsible for building Agreena’s Certificate Sales Team (within Carbon Credits) while having the hands-on approach and experience to initially facilitate and handle the sales of carbon credits. In this role, you will report directly to an ELT member - the Corporate Commercial Director for Agreena. This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented leader to not only facilitate and oversee sales but to also strategically develop and lead a high-performing team that will drive our sales efforts to new heights.You will be responsible for building relationships and distribution channels to counterparts such as brokerage firms, corporates and financial institutions. You will also have an opportunity to set the team’s strategy, build out a high-impact team and step into a newly established role with freedom to build the team and distribution model.The ideal candidate for this role will be both experienced in institutional coverage and entrepreneurial by nature and will have a passion for building and managing client relationships, strategic partnership and sales while delivering strong financial performance and building talent. It’s important that your are comfortable with navigating ambiguity and the demands that naturally arise from rapid growth.Ideally you will be comfortable making the journey to London or Copenhagen at least 2 days per week to spend time in one of our main offices. There will also be regular travel to other offices, alongside trips elsewhere.
