With a strong emphasis on technology and in fostering a vibrant team culture, we are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Performance Marketing team. If you are an experienced performance marketing leader with a passion for both people and the intricacies of digital marketing, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. As the head of the department you’ll be in charge of the different branches comprising our central performance team, ranging all the way from PPC, to Paid Social; Programmatic; Display/video; biddable channels in general, and anything else you can think of within the digital marketing realm. Because of the individual expertise of the direct reports that you will be leading, people skills and focus on guiding, nurturing and developing the team are paramount to be successful in this position. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, support and motivate a team of senior performance Marketing professionals across various disciplines, including, but not limited, to PPC; Paid Social; Programmatic; and SEO, among other digital channels and analysis tools; Foster a collaborative, safe and inclusive environment that encourages growth and personal development, excellence, knowledge sharing, creativity, accountability and continuous learning and improvement; Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for team members, and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them excel; Develop and execute innovative and data-driven performance marketing strategies that align with the company goals, driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance marketing efforts with other marketing initiatives, and overall business and commercial goals and strategies; Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve; Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO campaigns across various platforms, either in-house or via our external partners and agencies; Utilize your expertise to ensure optimal allocation of budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI and achieve our acquisition targets, among other KPIs; Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to refine campaigns continuously; Use advanced analytics tools to analyze performance data, derive actionable insights, and create comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the executive team, highlighting successes, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any subject. Independent training in quantitative methods will be highly valued, especially for non-science subjects; Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading performance marketing teams, covering all of the relevant branches, namely PPC; Paid Social; Programmatic; SEO and analytics, among any other biddable marketing channels; Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, fostering a safe, positive and collaborative team culture; Extraordinary planning and organization skills are essential for this role. Feeling comfortable communicating with all levels of management is also crucial; Understanding of the iGaming industry, including regulatory considerations, is a strong plus; Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into information, and information into actionable insights and strategies; Proficiency in using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. You had planned, managed and optimized accounts yourself, either on the agency or the client side, before your current team leader position; Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing all levels of the organization; A creative and strategic mindset with a proven record for turning insights into innovative marketing strategies; Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing space.
