They will be responsible for leading and working with the IAM team to implement IAM policies. They will also need to be proactive in making improvements to the policies and to make sure that our IAM program meets all compliance requirements and follows industry best practices. They would be responsible for overseeing our Quarterly Access Reviews and would work with the security team to make sure they meet our compliance obligations. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, organized, articulate and focused, and can lead projects, and enjoys learning and mentoring others. Key responsibilities include Contribute to the overall design and implementation of Okta including Okta Identity Governance Develop API driven Lifecycle Management of user accounts applications using Okta Workflows Assist with leading and mentoring a team of IAM professionals to develop, update and maintain the required IAM governance and certification program to support business and information security requirements for SoFi, and meet compliance obligations Partner with the Security and Information Technology teams to develop and maintain a Zero Trust security architecture to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of company data Analyze and select tools, methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to enable and meet operational objectives Develop strong authentication policies including Single Sign On identity federation, Active Directory credential policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication Team with HR, IT, Security and other organizations to ensure a robust approach to identity lifecycle management; including onboarding, moves, transfers, offboarding, role definition and permissions management Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams and stakeholders in all business units to identify, recommend, evaluate, test and deploy IAM systems including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technologies, and processes as needed Ensure strong authentication, authorization, role-based access controls (RBAC) are implemented in existing and new applications and products, including mobile devices and physical access Utilize IAM, PAM solutions and/or other processes in developing identity and access governance certification Manage Identity Providers such as Okta, Google Workspace and Active Directory Requirements Excellent working knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Active Directory and Azure, strongDM, Password Excellent IAM, PAM, RBAC, CASB, Single Sign On, MultiFactor Authentication, and account federation knowledge and experience. Experience working with regulators and external auditors to demonstrate maturity in IAM governance and certification that meets compliance requirements Ability to own and drive projects from ideation to completion B.S. in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Systems related majors Okta Certified Professional or other relevant certificates desired Experience supporting Identity Governance tools such as Okta Identity Governance, Sailpoint or others Plusses Familiarity with security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS CSC Top 20, FSSCC Profile, etc. Familiarity with configuration as code pipelines such as Gitlab and Terraform Familiarity with identity management best practices. Experience working in a risk-based security program. A very high level of cyber professional integrity, intellectual curiosity. Passion for and dedication to mastering the details of any project. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Tenacity, resiliency, can-do attitude and game for any task. Able to adapt to quick changes in direction. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and thought-leadership. Flexibility for some travel. Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant.
