You will be responsible for closing sales and for providing a first-class service aligned to customer needs, acting as a trusted partner.What you will do: Manage the Greek unassigned clientele (merchants without account manager) Assist new merchants to complete their self-onboarding process Answer questions about company’s products and services Question customers’ needs and close sales deals Go the ''extra mile'' with selected clients of greater anticipated value to offer customized solutions and secure sales Take and process orders in an accurate manner Conduct cross sell / upsell / win back campaigns in the country's unassigned clientele Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation Requirements: Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent knowledge of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints High school diploma: BSc/BA will be considered a plus Any relevant previous experience in aftersales or account management departments will be considered as a plus What we offer: A competitive salary, based on your talent and experience Sales bonus scheme up to 4 monthly salaries Private medical insurance Smooth onboarding and continuous training on products and new systems Working in a positively challenging and appealing environment with great colleagues An accessible location by metro (Kerameikos/Metaxourgeio) Fixed working hours Indefinite, full-time contract
