Job Description SingleStore is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Integrated Marketing Program Manager to join our innovative marketing team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this global role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and managing end-to-end marketing programs, ensuring their successful execution, and contributing to the growth and brand awareness of SingleStore. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities End-to-End Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs, including but not limited to webinars, email marketing, newsletters, nurture programs, website personalization, and asset management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Demand Generation and Marketing Operations teams, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns and projects. Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that encompass various channels, such as digital, content, events, and social media, aligning them with overall business objectives and marketing goals. Message Consistency: Collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning of SingleStore's products and solutions in the market. Lead Generation Optimization: Work closely with demand generation teams to optimize lead generation and conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel. Brand Awareness: Contribute to brand awareness and thought leadership through strategic content development and distribution. Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continuously optimize performance across various channels.. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product management, and executive leadership, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative marketing strategies. Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with field marketing and regional teams to ensure integrated execution of marketing programs and campaigns.. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or software industries. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics across multiple channels. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions based on market insights and analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The metrics to be measured for this position will be discussed and aligned with the VP of Growth & DemandGen, and will include lead generation metrics, revenue attribution, marketing ROI, conversion rates, and other relevant marketing funnel metrics specific to SingleStore's business goals.
