Our aim is to leverage cutting-edge Technology in order to provide the optimum experience to those who trust us for their entertainment.Let's start with the role We are looking for a self-driven professional to join our Internal Communications team within Corporate Communications, located in Athens. As an Internal Communications Εxecutive, you will collaborate with the team to deliver timely communications, fostering connections among our employees spread across countries. The team focuses on 3 areas; being communication experts, community builders, and certified celebrators. Our initiatives range from creating internal announcements and campaigns to hybrid projects that showcase our employer brand and enhance employee engagement at Kaizen. We are looking for a creative enthusiast who can bring fresh ideas, a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done. Responsibilities: Ensure clear, consistent company-wide and location-specific messaging through the most impactful channel(s)l. Co-develop and launch internal communications plans and tactics, utilizing various tools and creative assets such as Slack, email, video, branding, presentations, and events. Create authentic and timely content materials aligned with the communications strategy for different occasions. Support cross-functional campaigns/projects, collaborating with HR and Employer Branding teams to help shape our company culture. Build connections to become a trusted adviser to stakeholders around the business, to help them achieve their communications goals; Regularly measure and present results of our internal communication efforts. Provide support for internal events, both digital and in-person, as needed. Requirements 3 - 5 years’ experience in internal communications, communications, PR and/or employer branding. Exceptional writing ability in both English and Greek; with the ability to transform complex information into engaging and easily understandable content, using a friendly tone of voice. A digital mindset with proficiency in various communication channels and platforms, including email, Slack, intranet, and an openness to exploring new technologies. Confidently build relationships with stakeholders (at all levels), and other employees, so they trust us as experts to help craft and share their messages. Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to multitasking and prioritizing tasks. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Communications or Marketing/PR, HR is desirable.
