Partner with cross functional teams (e.g., Legal, Tax, HR, FP&A, Payroll) and external parties to guide and develop policies, drive consistent best practices and minimize risks across 30+ legal entities. ∙ Partner with HQ Treasury to develop cash management and operations policies and governance, working capital forecasting and manage foreign exchange exposure. ∙ Partner with HQ Tax and indirect tax team to develop best practices and operating procedures for transfer pricing and indirect tax compliance. ∙ Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... ∙ 12-15 years of experience in industry and public accounting in high tech multinational companies and ACA/ACCA preferred ∙ Hands-on experience in high growth companies and ability to roll up their sleeves. Knowledge and experience in U.S. GAAP ∙ Working knowledge of international taxation, indirect tax, global banking, cash management, regulatory requirements, international finance operations, inter-company transactions, foreign exchange accounting ∙ Proven, results-oriented who can lead, execute, motivate and build a cohesive and high performing team.
