Junior Account Manager works along with the account and sales management team and helps the company build and maintain relationships with AskGamblers by understanding their development strategy and proactively identifying ways to contribute towards it. The successful candidate will be assisting in maximizing AskGamblers revenues and KPIs while ensuring high advertising standards. The role is based in Belgrade, and you will be working closely with other members of the organization to execute the overall business strategy from an account operation and management perspective, as well as cooperating with other teams in the company such as the SEO, BI, content and development team. Responsibilities Junior Account Manager will have the following responsibilities and duties: Negotiating and reviewing current deals and cooperation with AskGamblers affiliate partners; identifying and negotiating deals with reputable new brands to promote on AskGamblers Assisting in maximizing revenues and other KPIs through successful negotiation and account management Communicating regularly and building long-term relationships with marketing and affiliate departments of the operators Assisting in delivering detailed KPI and market tracking and analysis Assisting team members with day to day tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested Maintaining tracking systems for campaigns and online activities Handling troubleshooting related to the operators Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement new Revenue opportunities Monitoring competitor websites to identify new opportunities regarding partnerships Attending meetings and visiting operators to discuss potential business growth opportunities and possibilities to improve delivery and overall quality Attending and representing the company at various Conferences and Industry Specific Events.
