Your technical support skills and experience in performing manual and system administration tasks will play a vital role in helping our team tackle complex challenges most effectively and deliver exceptional solutions to the client.🟩 What's in it for you: Work with a Fortune 500 client whose products are used by millions globally Gain hands-on expertise with a modern tech stack (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Docker, MySQL, etc.) Improve your English through communication with US-based English-speaking colleagues and client ✅ Is that you? 1-2 years' experience in IT administration roles Intermediate+ English level Experience with monitoring systems Understanding of OS distinctions (Windows, Linux, macOS) Knowledge of system configuration (packages, installers) and hands-on expertise with command line tools Basic knowledge of different network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.) Ability to manage users and permissions Understanding of basic information security principles Understanding of SQL commands and ability to write simple queries Ability to maintain IT documentation effectively High self-organization and attention to detail Desirable: Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD processes Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud technologies Basic DevOps experience 🧩Key responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, your key responsibilities will include providing comprehensive IT administration support to one of our biggest clients while actively contributing to our SRE efforts to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems. Perform a wide range of IT support tasks for the client, assisting them with technical inquiries and resolving/escalating issues promptly Communicate with the client and their team via chats and calls; respond to alerts; report progress to the client and key stakeholders Undertake various SRE responsibilities (system maintenance, incident management, automation, system performance optimization, infrastructure management, etc.) Participate in meetings within the SRE team and in client meetings Help create and maintain relevant IT documentation (alert reports, manuals, etc.) 🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?Here, we appreciate your contribution and the value you add to projects.
