Learn more at viva.com About the role: Build and expand effective long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, profitable accounts and increasing revenues by upselling products and services. Build in-depth knowledge of our customers’ strategies, ambitions, businesses, technology, and operations to enable you to effectively network within the customer on various levels (IT, business, delivery, and executive management) and develop successful relationships with key decision-makers. Work effectively with key stakeholders within Viva Wallet to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to address customer needs, requests, queries, and issues. Serve as the primary interface with Viva Wallet customers acting as a first point of contact for all product and services opportunities and challenges. Manage commercial discussions and handle - drive contract negotiations. Coordinate Delivery, Service, Solutions and Technical Teams to effectively engage with the customer to maximize satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. Increase share of wallet by identifying opportunities and promoting and proposing new products or services to our clients. Actively engage in account planning activities and ensure opportunity management and customer account plans are updated regularly in Viva Wallet’s CRM – systems. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of key account sales experience Advanced relationship building and networking capabilities. Knowledge of acquiring, issuing and private banking domains is . Experience in analyzing business processes to develop business requirements. Strong communication, presentation, and management skills. Ideally a Bachelor's/Masters specializing in Business / Banking / Computer Science related disciplines. You speak and write English on a fluent level and Danish on a native level.
