If you’d like be part of a fast-growing industry leader with an exceptional company culture, we’d love to hear from you: recruitment@connectos.coDuties and Responsibilities Assisting business stakeholders and Business Analysts with testing efforts for nominated projects Working closely with IT Business Analysts, and the IT Delivery & Operations team when required to understand business issues and data challenges Meeting with business representatives and acting as the conduit between the business and the IT team Assisting in the research, development and implementation of innovative technologies Ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Consistently delivering high-quality services to the IT department’s customers Providing the service desk team & business users with 2nd level application support within the Service Desk tool on ERP, POS and supporting systems Documenting all solutions and new processes following standard templates Providing on-call support when required Working towards the identification of root cause issues and ensuring these are escalated to vendors/internal development for permanent solutions Monitoring daily integration issues between core systems using a variety of supporting tools Liaising with system vendors to manage solutions to open defects Requirements Relevant tertiary or industry certification/experience SQL experience in completing enquiries and running scripts Business Application Support Experience (ERP and / or POS Systems) 3 + years’ work in similar role ITIL foundation certificate is an advantage Benefits HMO on Day 1 Paid Time-Off Quarterly Sick-Leave conversion Paid Government-Mandated Benefits (SSS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG) Equipment provided Job Highlights Work-life balance Career growth and development opportunities Stable organization and industry leader Collaborative and fruitful company culture Excellent career opportunit
