We foster a positive and safe working environment, always striving to achieve our goals and improve ourselves. #YourRole in more detail Serve as the main point of contact for Functional training queries throughout the organization;Understand and evaluate individual Functional training needs per role, advise, address the need and suggest the most suitable learning solution; Manage the entire training administration cycle, including vendor and contract management, training planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting and budget monitoring; Design and implement e-learning courses from scratch, including identification of the need, design the e-learning curriculum, monitoring participation and boosting engagement); Design and deliver internal training programs as a facilitator, tailored to specific needs; Research and incorporate the most updated learning methods, tools, and programs that align with our needs; Contribute to the design of the Annual Training Plan; Coordinate the Udemy platform, including registrations, learning paths, communication campaigns, and engagement plans. What you'll bring Proficient knowledge of English Language is essential. MSc in HR and 3-5 years experience in a similar role are essential. Strong experience in designing e-learning paths. Vendor management skills. Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems and MS Office. Experience in delivering training and acting as a facilitator would be a plus. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Agile and solution-focused approach. Passion about people's development and growth.
