We stay humble along the way, with a “pay it forward” mentality, but with big and bold goals.About the roleThe Learning & Development Specialist plays a vital role in supporting and driving employee growth, talent development, and performance improvement within the organization. This role focuses on designing and implementing learning programs and development activities based on performance data analysis while assessing the impact on performance, as well as providing assistance in managing the performance review process. The Specialist collaborates closely with the Internal Operations Director, HR business partners, managers, and employees to ensure the effective delivery of learning initiatives.Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging learning programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies while continuously ensuring their relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices. Utilize instructional design methodologies and technology tools such as learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring software, virtual classrooms, and mobile learning to create effective learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars. Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives by analyzing performance data before and after training interventions, determine the ROI (Return on Investment) of training programs, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data, along with other relevant HR metrics, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and recommend performance improvement initiatives. Stay updated on emerging trends and methodologies related to learning and development, performance management, and talent development. Provide general assistance and support to projects and tasks related to talent development initiatives, such as the development and implementation of competency frameworks, role leveling, creation of individual development plans (IDPs), the performance review process, and other talent management processes. Communicate effectively to stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and engaging them in the learning and development process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and talent development. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques. Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other relevant technology platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data. Ability to collaborate effectively with HR business partners, managers, and employees. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Continuous learning mindset and a passion for employee growth and development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Extra languages are more than welcome! Out-of-the-box thinking. A friendly and upbeat personality.
