Job Description: SingleStore is seeking a highly skilled and passionate MarTech Architect responsible for mapping out, visualizing, and optimizing the entire customer journey across all digital touchpoints. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers by architecting and integrating the best marketing technology tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B customer journey, expertise in various MarTech solutions, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to drive results. Responsibilities: Customer Journey Mapping: Visualize and map out the entire customer journey, from awareness to advocacy, ensuring a consistent experience across all digital touchpoints. MarTech Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing technology tools that align with the company's goals and enhance the customer journey. Tool Integration: Work closely with the marketing operations team to integrate and optimize MarTech tools, ensuring data consistency and flow across platforms. Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit and analyze the customer journey to identify gaps, friction points, or opportunities for enhancement. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and alignment with business objectives. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest MarTech trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure the company's tech stack remains cutting-edge. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the VP of Marketing on the effectiveness of MarTech initiatives, tool performance, and customer journey optimizations. Team Management: Build and nurture a best in class PLD focussed Marketing operations team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Improvement in pipeline visibility and predictive pipeline models Increase in conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey. Efficiency and effectiveness of MarTech tool integrations. ROI of MarTech investments. Reduction in customer journey drop-offs or friction points. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. 10 to 12 years of experience in a MarTech role, preferably in a B2B setting. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Eloqua, Segment, Intercom, Mixpanel, Tableau, and 6sense. Demonstrated expertise in with Lead scoring and building predictive models. Prior experience in team management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to stay updated with the rapidly evolving MarTech landscape.
