THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Marketing Lead Specialist to our Indirect Channels team in São Paulo, Brazil! This position is specifically designed to support the Indirect Channel team to drive more MQLs for the business and, therefore, increase Indirect SMB AER. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing landing pages and campaigns to drive more traffic, conversion, and AER from referral partners for the SMB business. YOUR IMPACT Plan and execute campaigns leveraging referral partners' databases to drive more SMB leads from indirect partners using digital channels, such as email, website banners, WhatsApp, and SMS to acquire and nurture leads; Monitor the performance and continuously optimize the campaigns (Conversion-rate optimization) based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests (messaging, offers, etc.); Work with the Indirect Channel team to develop a seasonal campaign calendar with special offers to drive more engagement from Referral Partners; Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic to the landing pages and convert traffic into leads for the SMB business. Experimentation on its landing pages to improve conversion by testing different messaging, offers and CTAs; Track campaign and landing page effectiveness through rigorous reporting and leverage that data to make informed optimization decisions; Work with the indirect channel team to improve the white-label asset library & playbooks (communication frequency, formats, etc) to share with our partner’s ecosystem, including drip email suggestions, LinkedIn posts, and website banners, amog others focused on lead generation; Support co-marketing initiatives with partners to increase TOFU, such as industry-sponsored events, joint webinars, drip emails & tailored campaigns on the partner’s channels; Support on launching new referral partners, executing the Hubspot partner setup, page creation & assets, considering the digital channels involved. WHO YOU ARE Previous hands-on digital experience driving business growth with B2B campaigns across Growth and/or CRM communications; Advanced English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions; Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua, RD Station, Pardot, etc, and marketing creation tools, like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc; Proven success with growth marketing campaigns; Analytical skills and data-driven profile; A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams; You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment; A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
