We aim to make universal financial inclusion a reality in Southeast Asia and India within the next decade, and your expertise can help us achieve this goal.What you need to do:Lead integrated marketing programs from start to finish overseeing strategic direction, creative, execution, goal development and measurement to achieve revenue goalsResponsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social mediaPartner with vertical, product and sales leadership to create effective program and go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns across the marketing funnelCollaborate with marketing leaders and teams, including public relations, events, social, and demand generation, to develop and execute strategic marketing plan for the insurance verticalEnsure marketing plan and strategy - including key messaging, positioning, budget and measurable objectives - are in alignment with overall enterprise and business unit goalsEstablishing go-to-market strategy for applicable new product launches and initiativesDeveloping successful go-to-market programs to ensure organisational readiness to sell and achieve product revenue objectives, with an emphasis in sales engagement tool and strategy developmentDeveloping compelling and quantifiable value propositions and product messaging for go-to-market activitiesTracking key performance indicators to monitor and enhance product marketing effectivenessRepresent the company in a good and positive wayWhat you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related fieldAt least 4-5 years of experience in marketingHas strong background working in Fintech IndustryExcellent English communication skills; both oral and writtenExperience in leading and managing social media campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer managementWhat you will get:Top market rate payOpportunity to work directly with top level managers and learn from the international group of experts#LI-Hybrid Apply to this job
