We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will support & be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for our Middle East marketing programme. You will drive brand awareness and demand generation marketing outputs, focusing on planning and tactics that build brand reputation, consideration, and support sales conversions. Candidates will be expected to develop an understanding of the customer and act as a service specialist, with the goal of supporting sales conversion. Reporting to the MEA Marketing Director, this person will work closely with stakeholders across the business including regional and global marketing teams digital, creative team, content team and subject matter experts to deliver the tactical plan elements in key markets (namely UAE and KSA). This is an exciting, hands-on role where you can take ownership of marketing actions and campaigns in a dynamic and fast-growing region. Task and Responsibilities: Help build brand awareness across relevant buyers and influencers in key markets UAE, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. Manage the annual marketing, events and content calendar with stakeholders that differentiate our commercial offerings and communicate the Control Risks value add. Work with stakeholders to agree marketing activity based on objectives, existing client intel, market developments, persona criteria, and content requirements. Plan regional B2B lead generation, capture, and nurture email marketing campaigns via ClickDimensions/MSDynamics. Deliver Control Risks’ in-person and virtual events end to end: event planning, event day set-up, email marketing, pre/post event data management, event collateral production, event logistics, and event wrap-up reports utilising EventBrite and GoToWebinar. Manage external partnership and supplier relationships e.g. conference organisers and membership organisations. Track and report on campaign performance and drive post event management process within the follow up approach with sales teams and stakeholders. Support activation of global marketing campaigns, ensuring buyer messaging is clear and proposition marketing messaging is present. Maintain budget and cost processes. Deliver sales enablement tools/collateral/content (via timely briefs to our in-house Studio) to support sales/account management teams. Develop, review and manage social media through Hootsuite for regional activities. RequirementsEssential: 2+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services. Experience working in a matrix environment. Strong background in end-to-end campaign execution. Experience of planning and delivering in-person and virtual events and their associated platforms e.g. GoToWebinar and Eventbrite or similar. Experience of using social media e.g. LinkedIn to promote corporate brands and services using Hootsuite or similar. Experience of delivering lead capture, nurture and conversion campaigns via email marketing/marketing automation platforms. Marketing copywriting and content editing skills. Working knowledge of marketing technology and CRM systems. Ability to track and analyse communications tactics against goals and provide recommendations to improve results. Collaborative team player with excellent relationship building skills. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicator, presenter, and written grammar. Preferred: Background working with a global team or stakeholder group, collaborating effectively cross-culturally and across time zones (mainly Europe and Africa). Understanding of corporate risk management and consulting services. Knowledge of Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Semrush. Competencies: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Flexible, prepared to handle multiple priorities. Natural people person with ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail, with a passion for quality outputs and achieve high standard. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and manage deadlines. Takes initiative to proactively resolve issues within own remit and recognise when they require escalation. Delivers on personal objectives to execute marketing plans, focuses on delivery, strives to exceed expectations. Shows drive and determination to achieve high standards.
